Summer not only brings sunshine, but also challenges for garden owners – especially when it comes to efficient lawn irrigation. The new Aiper IrriSense is an innovative system that not only saves time, but also aims to significantly reduce water consumption and maintenance costs. Aiper, known for its smart pool robots, is launching another intelligent product on the market that combines technology and sustainability.
Highlights
- Intelligent weather adjustment to prevent overwatering
- App-controlled zone irrigation with customizable schedules
- EvenRain technology for even, soil-friendly distribution
Precise irrigation thanks to weather intelligence
At the heart of the Aiper IrriSense is the link to current weather data. The system analyzes local forecasts and reacts automatically to changing conditions. For example, if it detects approaching rain or high humidity, it suspends irrigation or adjusts the amount of water accordingly.
This not only prevents overwatering, but also saves water. It is conveniently controlled via the Aiper app. Individual watering zones can be set up there, for example for lawns, flower beds or sensitive planting areas. Thanks to digital mapping, users can define exactly which areas should be watered and how intensively – simply at the touch of a finger.
Fully automatic and time-saving in everyday life
Another advantage is the automated care. Users define their preferred watering schedules once: days of the week, time, frequency and water quantity can be set individually. IrriSense then takes over complete control without any further manual intervention. The manufacturer promises that the system will always work efficiently.
After all, the weather adaptation function remains active even with previously defined plans. On particularly hot days, for example, watering is carried out in good time, while water is saved on wetter days. IrriSense is therefore a practical solution, especially for working people or busy people, who want to offer not only convenience but also professional-level plant care.
Uniformity thanks to EvenRain technology
The technical centerpiece is the so-called EvenRain technology. It enables an even distribution of water over areas of up to 445 square meters. The generated water jet simulates a natural rainfall – gentle enough not to damage sensitive soils or fresh seeds.
Particularly practical: the adaptive re-spray function dynamically adjusts the spray width after the outer zones have been watered. This allows the water jets to reach hard-to-reach areas at the edge of the surface without creating unnecessary overlaps or dry zones. The result should be an evenly manicured lawn – regardless of the shape or size of the garden.
Quick installation without effort
A highlight for anyone who doesn’t fancy complex installations: The Aiper IrriSense is said to be ready for operation in just 15 minutes. Without digging, without tools, without specialist personnel. The system is simply connected to the existing garden water pipe, fixed in place with four ground pegs and activated via an app.
With a weight of 4.8 kilograms, IrriSense also remains mobile and flexible. If necessary, the device can be moved to another location in the garden or simply stored away out of season. An integrated non-return valve protects the domestic water system against backflow – an important safety feature that many other systems do not offer in this form.
Price and availability
With the Aiper IrriSense, Aiper is expanding its portfolio with a technically sophisticated and user-friendly solution for smart lawn care. The combination of weather-dependent control, app control and even water distribution makes the system a real innovation for hobby gardeners. The Aiper IrriSense is now available at a price of € 649.00 *.
