3D printer manufacturer Anycubic has launched a new model on the market, the Anycubic Kobra S1 Combo (official website), which is available now. This device is characterized by its ability to process up to eight different filaments simultaneously and has a closed design that ensures stable printing conditions.

Technical equipment and special features
The Anycubic Kobra S1 Combo has an installation space of 250 × 250 × 250 mm, which offers sufficient space for medium-sized printing projects. The print nozzle can be heated up to 320 °C, while the printing plate reaches temperatures of up to 120 °C. This enables the processing of a wide range of filaments such as PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS and ASA.
An outstanding feature of the Kobra S1 Combo is its ability to print in multiple colors. By using up to two ACE Pro units, up to eight different filaments can be used simultaneously. The ACE Pro units not only serve as filament storage, but also dry the filaments during the printing process. This should further improve the print quality.
The printer’s closed design protects the printing process from external influences such as draughts that could affect the print quality. The printer is also equipped with integrated video monitoring, which makes it possible to follow the printing process in real time and create time-lapse recordings. It is operated via a 4.3-inch touchscreen, which offers an intuitive user interface.

With the Kobra S1 Combo, Anycubic is expanding its portfolio with a versatile 3D printer that is particularly interesting for users who value multi-color printing and a stable printing environment.
