Key features of the new Govee products:
- Gaming Pixel Light: a customizable LED display with AI-generated content and music synchronization.
- Table Lamp 2 Pro x Sound by JBL: A portable table lamp with integrated JBL speaker and real-time light-music synchronization.
- Mini Panel Lights: Compact, versatile light panels with RGBIC colors and easy app control.
Govee Gaming Pixel Light: Dynamic lighting for gamers
The Govee Gaming Pixel Light is a smart LED display designed to enhance the gaming experience with dynamic and vibrant pixel art.
Users can convert text commands into lighting effects using the “Lighting Bot” in the Govee app. For example, the command “I want a universe-style lighting effect” creates a pixel-style galaxy on the display.
Real-time information such as weather data, time, sports schedules and cryptocurrency rates can also be displayed. The animations are displayed at 30 frames per second to ensure smooth playback.
The Gaming Pixel Light is available in two sizes:
- Square version: 18.5 × 15 cm with 1,024 pixels.
- Rectangular version: 26.6 × 15 cm with 1,664 pixels.
Both models can be mounted on the wall or placed on a table and can be controlled with Alexa, Google Home and the Govee Home app. The market launch is planned for the second quarter of 2025. There is no information on the price yet.
Govee Table Lamp 2 Pro x Sound by JBL: Harmonious combination of light and sound
In collaboration with JBL, Govee has developed the Table Lamp 2 Pro x Sound by JBL, which aims to combine lighting and high-quality sound in one portable device. The lamp synchronizes its lighting effects in real time with the music being played and has 210 independently controllable LED areas (RGBICWW) with a brightness of up to 600 lumens. Sound is provided by a 2.5-inch full-range speaker with 10 watts of power and two passive radiators.
Two lamps can be connected to form a stereo pair to create multidirectional sound. Thanks to the integrated 5,200 mAh rechargeable battery, the lamp is portable and flexible in use. It can be controlled via the Govee Home app or voice assistants such as Google Home and Alexa. The market launch is planned for the end of the second quarter of 2025. Again, we do not yet know the price.
Govee Mini Panel Lights: Compact and versatile lighting
With their compact design and RGBIC color technology, the new Govee Mini Panel Lights offer a wide range of customization options. The panels have a curved, transparent lamp cover and 15 lamp beads, which are designed to create an impressive 3D effect.
An integrated MCU chip automatically recognizes the layout of the panels, making setup easier. Up to 120 panels can be connected and over 50 lighting effects are available.
Conclusion
Govee’s new products, unveiled at CES 2025, offer innovative lighting solutions for gamers and smart home enthusiasts. With features such as AI-generated lighting effects, real-time synchronization with music and versatile customization options, Govee could set new standards in smart lighting technology.
