Just in time for gamescom 2025, MSI has unveiled a whole range of new technology highlights. These include a new graphics card for the upcoming World of Warcraft add-on Midnight, new keyboards, a mouse and a new router. We were guests at one of the manufacturer’s events and took a closer look at the new hardware.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPU for World of Warcraft: MIDNIGHT
The fantasy world of Azeroth expands its boundaries – this time beyond the screen. Blizzard Entertainment and hardware manufacturer MSI have launched a new campaign that combines gaming and hardware in a unique promotion: World of Warcraft: MIDNIGHT. It’s not just about a new chapter in the popular MMORPG, but about a spectacular special edition graphics card. This is a brand new GPU from NVIDIA that has not yet been officially unveiled.
An epic decision: light or void
The campaign builds a clear thematic bridge to the world of World of Warcraft. The focus is on the choice between two iconic forces: the all-consuming Void and the radiant Light. Fans can actively influence the game through their decision.
The special thing about it: the outcome of this vote is not only intended to make a statement in the community, but will also determine what the new graphics card will look like. At the heart of the cooperation is a collector’s item that will delight PC gamers in particular: an extraordinary graphics card in the special World of Warcraft: MIDNIGHT design.
The campaign runs from August 20, 2025 to November 30, 2025, during which time fans can make their decision. The new graphics card will then be unveiled with the final design in early 2026 and should be available in time for the release of WoW: Midnight.

MSI takes a technically sophisticated approach to cooling. A vapor chamber directly covers the GPU and GDDR7 memory and transfers the waste heat to specially developed core pipes. This is supported by a push-pull system in which two fans work in opposite directions to optimize airflow. Nickel-coated cooling fins ensure efficient heat dissipation. This concept enables stable temperatures even under high continuous load without unnecessarily increasing the background noise.
The card measures 319 × 150 × 60 mm and weighs around 1.9 kg, making the EXPERT OC much more compact than many other RTX 5080 graphics cards.
MSI Roamii BE Pro Mesh: Handy and fast Wi-Fi 7 tri-band router
