After its premiere at IFA 2025, the soundcore Nebula X1 Pro is now entering the next round: the Kickstarter campaign for the new flagship product begins today at 5 p.m. German time. The mobile home cinema system combines state-of-the-art projector technology with a fully-fledged surround audio system and is therefore aimed at anyone who wants to take cinema experiences in their own four walls or outdoors to a new level.
- Early bird price starts at 2,999 US dollars (approx. 2,550 euros)
- 4K triple laser projection with 3,500 ANSI lumens and up to 300 inch image size
- Removable 7.1.4 sound system with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Audio
- First deliveries announced for November, regular market launch in early 2026 for 4,999 euros
Cinema quality in the living room and garden
The soundcore Nebula X1 Pro uses 4K triple laser technology with a brightness of 3,500 ANSI lumens, which ensures a clear and detailed projection even in daylight. The image is projected onto the wall in UHD resolution up to 300 inches and delivers impressive sharpness and color depth thanks to contrast values of up to 56,000:1. Especially in combination with the optionally available 200-inch screen, which can be set up in just a few minutes using an air pump, a real open-air cinema experience is created.

One practical advantage is the fully automatic image correction: focus, keystone and image size are automatically adjusted, while the built-in gimbal allows horizontal alignment of up to 25 degrees. This allows the device to be set up flexibly in different rooms or under outdoor conditions without having to experiment with settings for a long time. Compared to classic home cinema projectors, the X1 Pro stands out with its independent transportability on wheels, which makes spontaneous movie nights much easier.
Surround sound like in a movie theater
In addition to the picture quality, special attention was also paid to the sound. The detachable 7.1.4 audio system transforms the Nebula X1 Pro into a fully-fledged home cinema system. With seven horizontal channels, an integrated subwoofer and four height channels, the system produces real 3D sound, which is further enhanced by Dolby Atmos and Dolby Audio.

Another highlight is the FlexWave technology, a proprietary development from soundcore. It analyzes the room acoustics and automatically adjusts the sound to create an impressive sound stage in both small living rooms and large outdoor areas. Thanks to the low-latency Wi-Fi transmission with a delay of just 25 milliseconds, the audio transmission also works lip-synchronously – even at a distance of up to 30 meters. This opens up completely new possibilities not only for home cinemas, but also for outdoor events.
Price, availability and prospects
The Kickstarter campaign for the Nebula X1 Pro starts with a limited early bird offer of 2,999 US dollars (approx. 2,550 euros). The regular retail price will be 4,999 euros when the device goes on sale in early 2026. Supporters of the campaign can receive the first devices as early as November 2025.
The Kickstarter route shows that with the X1 Pro, soundcore has set up a project that also wants to incorporate community feedback into the final product version. If the market launch is successful, the X1 Pro could establish a new category between classic home cinema and portable entertainment solutions – with a mixture of high picture quality, flexible set-up and impressive soundscape.
