When smart technology meets Hollywood flair, the result is more than just a household helper – it’s an experience. Roborock, the leading manufacturer of robot vacuum cleaners, is already bringing high-end technology to everyday life with the Saros Z70. Now the flagship model is getting an unmistakable upgrade: a voice that cinema fans will immediately recognize. Reiner Schöne, the German dubbing voice of Optimus Prime from the Transformers series, lends the Z70 its distinctive timbre – under the fitting name “Rocktimus Prime”.

The function can now be activated free of charge via the Roborock app and brings not only charm but also functionality to everyday cleaning.

  • The voice of Reiner Schöne (Optimus Prime) is now exclusively available in the Saros Z70
  • Free and easy activation via the Roborock app
  • Voice output for greetings, status messages and hints about obstacles
  • Combines high-end cleaning technology with a dash of entertainment

When technology becomes entertainment

With the integration of the new voice option, Roborock is taking the utility value of its appliances to a new level. Although the Saros Z70 remains a fully-fledged, state-of-the-art vacuum-mopping robot in terms of its functions, the voice of Rocktimus Prime gives it an unusual personality. Greetings, warnings and instructions become little acoustic showpieces thanks to the sonorous and authoritative voice of Reiner Schöne.

This upgrade is more than just a gimmick – it’s a statement. It shows that technology can not only be efficient, but also entertaining. Roborock clearly follows the line of making technology more emotional and accessible for everyday life. The user benefits twice over: through maximum functionality and a product that stands out from the competition.

Technology at the highest level

Even without the voice upgrade, the Saros Z70 is already at the forefront of household technology. The OmniGrip robotic arm recognizes and removes small obstacles such as socks or children’s toys weighing up to 300 grams. Precise navigation is ensured by the StarSight™ Autonomous System 2.0, which can detect up to 108 obstacles using dual-light 3D ToF sensors and RGB cameras. The system is complemented by VertiBeam™, which enables orientation even in difficult lighting conditions.

The cleaning performance is impressive with 22,000 Pa suction power, a FreeFlow™ brush and the Dual Anti-Tangle System. The two rotating mops lift automatically when carpets are detected – all in a housing that, at just 7.98 cm high, also fits under low furniture.

The whole thing is rounded off by the multifunctional dock 4.0: automatic water filling, cleaning of the mops at 80 °C and fast charging in under three hours make the appliance virtually maintenance-free.
